When
I started the Training Log back in July 2005, I couldn't have imagined
how much work it was going to be, but at the same time, I didn't
realize how often I would refer back to it for one reason or another.
I
created one calendar and updated it just about every day with every
workout, or thoughts about that workout, or thoughts about training
in general, or just how I was feeling on any given day.
With
Ironman over, I think it's time to start breaking the logs down to
more manageable sizes. Updating a day now takes about 20 minutes as
every link on every page of every month changes to reflect that one
day's worth of change. I don't really think I need to keep updating
every calendar since July 24, 2005.
I've
broken the logs down to Ironman and Post Ironman (for the moment).
Well see how this works out over time.
